These terms apply to the Waza Tools free prize draw running from 11 to 13 September 2026. Please read them before entering.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
THE PROMOTER
The promoter of this free prize draw is Waza Tools, operating through www.wazatools.co.uk.
Questions about the prize draw can be submitted through the contact details provided on the Waza Tools website.
ELIGIBILITY
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over.
Employees of Waza Tools, anyone directly involved in administering the prize draw and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Waza Tools may ask the selected winner to provide reasonable evidence of their age and UK residency before awarding the prize.
OPENING AND CLOSING DATES
The prize draw opens on Friday 11 September 2026.
Entries close at 9pm BST on Sunday 13 September 2026.
Entries received before the opening date or after the closing time will not be accepted.
HOW TO ENTER
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
Entrants can enter by completing the Waza Tools online prize-draw form or by completing an official paper entry slip at the Waza Tools show stand.
Entrants must provide their first name and a valid email address and confirm that they are a UK resident aged 18 or over.
Only one entry per person is permitted across all entry methods. If more than one entry is received from the same person, only their first valid entry will be included.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, duplicated, automatically generated or submitted using false information may be disqualified.
THE PRIZE
There is one prize available: one pair of Waza Original Shears with a stated retail value of £75.
The prize is subject to availability. If circumstances outside Waza Tools’ reasonable control make it necessary, Waza Tools may substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
SELECTING THE WINNER
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing time.
The draw will be conducted using a verifiably random computer process within three working days of the closing date.
Waza Tools’ decision regarding the administration and outcome of the prize draw is final.
CONTACTING THE WINNER
The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied with their entry.
Waza Tools will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner. The winner must respond within seven days of the first notification and provide a valid UK postal address.
Entrants are responsible for supplying an accurate email address and checking their inbox and junk or spam folders.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven days, is found to be ineligible or does not provide the information required to receive the prize, Waza Tools reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner at random.
DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE
The prize will be posted free of charge to a valid UK postal address supplied by the winner.
Waza Tools aims to dispatch the prize within 30 days of the winner confirming their details.
Waza Tools will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the winner.
WINNER INFORMATION
To demonstrate that a valid award has taken place, Waza Tools may make the winner’s surname and county available on request.
The winner may object to this information being published or request that the amount of information made available is reduced. The winner can make this request when responding to the winning notification.
Waza Tools may still provide the winner’s information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to demonstrate that the prize draw has been administered correctly.
The winner will not be required to participate in promotional photographs or other publicity.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information submitted for the purpose of entering the prize draw will be used to administer the draw, verify eligibility, contact the winner and deliver the prize.
Prize-draw entry information will not be used to send marketing emails unless the entrant separately selects the optional marketing-consent box.
Entrants who consent to marketing can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a Waza Tools marketing email.
Entry information belonging to non-subscribers will be securely deleted when it is no longer reasonably required to administer the prize draw or demonstrate that it was conducted properly.
Personal information will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.
GENERAL
Waza Tools reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated fairly and will not unreasonably disadvantage existing entrants.
Waza Tools reserves the right to disqualify entries where it reasonably believes that an entrant has breached these terms, provided false information, interfered with the entry process or acted fraudulently.
Waza Tools is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not successfully submitted because of a technical problem, network failure or other circumstance outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded, including entrants’ statutory consumer rights.
By entering the prize draw, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants retain any mandatory rights they may have to bring a claim in another part of the United Kingdom in which they live.
