Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return most items within 14 days.

* Items must be unused and in original packaging
* You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order

Refunds

* Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Return costs

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
